Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) sheets are engineering plastic sheets made from UHMWPE through molding/extrusion. They possess core characteristics such as wear resistance, impact resistance, self-lubrication, low temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. They have low density, are lightweight, and are easy to process and install.

The wear resistance of the plate material surpasses that of metals like steel and copper. It maintains excellent toughness even in low-temperature environments (-70°C), exhibits no stickiness, is resistant to scaling, and boasts strong chemical stability. It can withstand corrosion from acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents. Additionally, it is non-toxic and odorless, meeting the requirements for food contact.

It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical, food, and logistics. It is suitable for applications like silo liners, conveyor belt linings, guide rail sliders, port fenders, and food processing molds. It can effectively reduce friction, minimize wear, enhance equipment operational efficiency, and prolong service life.
