Product introduction and core performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sheet

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) sheets are engineering plastic sheets made from UHMWPE through processes such as molding and extrusion. They possess excellent physical and mechanical properties as well as chemical stability, making them suitable for wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, anti-slip, and cushioning applications across multiple industries. With convenient processing and flexible installation, they are a cost-effective alternative to metal and ordinary plastic sheets.

Superior wear resistance: Its wear resistance ranks first among plastics, being several times that of carbon steel and stainless steel, with an extremely low wear rate;

Self-lubricating: The surface has a low friction coefficient, resists sticking and slipping, and ensures smooth material conveyance without any blockage, thus eliminating the need for additional lubrication;

Impact resistance: It maintains high toughness at low temperatures, exhibits excellent impact resistance, and is less prone to fracture and deformation;

Corrosion resistance: Resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts, and various organic solvents, non-hygroscopic, and non-aging;

Lightweight and energy-saving: With a density only 1/8 that of steel, it is easy to handle and install, reducing the load on equipment;
